The "Baleine Bleue"-restaurant has been attracting friends and good-looking girls to Saint Martin's peninsula for 18 years now. We'll have to admit that this place represents a legend itself: An ancient powder keg where cetacean-discs were found as if Mob Dick had rested here for a while... There's also a man, called Philippe, having colorful character-traits, a fisherman through and through, "cordon bleu" like his "Baleine", an artist and esthete who managed to create this mystic place with a bar on one side and a restaurant "Deux Fourchettes" (translated: "2 forks") on the other, two terraces, one facing south to laugh and small-talk while having a drink and the other oriented north for gastronomy. The "Baleine" guarantees a crazy night, preparing your visit in one of Saint Martin's dance-clubs, unique flavors in an untypical atmosphere and leaving, you'll be filled up with nice memories.
